NSS Units of Dev Samaj College of Education, Sector 36-B, Chandigarh celebrated Ozone Day to spread awareness regarding the depletion of the Ozone layer. Mrs. Charanjeet Kaur emphasized the importance of Ozone in protecting the Earth’s atmosphere. She further identified the reason behind the depletion of the Ozone and the ways one can adopt to curb the rising harm humankind will be facing in the coming near future. Students participated in the event and also contributed their particular views and steps to save the earth. The speech and poem recitation also emphasized the importance of ozone layer and its contribution in earth's atmosphere. Students to mark their contribution made posters to highlight the importance of Ozone Day. The event was a huge success as many students participated and contributed towards the awareness drive.
