3-day Satya-Bodh Dharam Utsav began today-Day1
3-day Satya-Bodh Dharam Utsav began today at the Dev Samaj Bhawan, Sector-36 B, Chandigarh. The 3-day annual event from 9th to 11th August, 2019 marks “the acquisition of true self-knowledge” in the light of the teachings of Bhagwan Dev Atma, the founder of Dev Samaj.
Delegates from Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Moga, Ferozpur and the tricity have arrived for the event. Shriman Nirmal Singh Ji Dhillon, Secretary, Dev Samaj expressed his optimism regarding the benefits of the subsequent sessions towards the nurturing of self-knowledge in each and every participant. He said that in today’s strife-ridden times, such events fostering social, moral and ethical values were indispensable for the evolution of the society.
In today’s opening session, Shriman Manoj Madan Ji welcomed the guests. The session started with the soulful recital of the bhajan “ Sevakon aur Shraddhawanon…” by the students of Dev Samaj College of Education, Sector-36B, Chandigarh.
The 2nd day of the event will commence with Shriman Nirmal Singh Ji Dillon’s discourse on “Atma ka Khaufnaak Pagalpan”.
