As the Chairperson of this distinguished women's institution, I take immense pride in its foundation, laid by the visionary Bhagwan Dev Atma Ji, who strongly advocated education based on scientific reasoning and rational thought. Dev Samaj College of Education, Sector-36, Chandigarh, has established itself as a leader in women's higher education by promoting learning that fosters a scientific mindset and intellectual independence.
