Dev Samaj College of Education hosted a "Craft Bazaar - Preserving Folk Art" event on August 29, 2023, to promote entrepreneurial skills among students. The event showcased students' creative talents while emphasizing the importance of traditional art forms in the modern entrepreneurial landscape.
Students displayed their artistic creations, drawing inspiration from diverse folk art traditions, and received hands-on guidance from the resource person, "Ms. Santosh." The event successfully blended cultural appreciation with practical business insights, aligning with the college's commitment to holistic education.
Dr. Agnese Dhillon, Secretary of the College Management, and Dr. Richa Sharma, Officiating Principal, expressed their appreciation for the organizers - Dr. Harpreet Kaur, Dr. Shefali Cheema, and Dr. Shikha Bahri - for the successful completion of the event.
