NSS units of Dev Samaj college of Education, sector 36-B, Chandigarh organized an interactive awareness talk on Constitution Day on 26th November, 2022 at 1 p.m. It had been organized under the able guidance of Shriman Nirmal Singh Dhillon, Chairman and Dr. (Mrs.) Agnese Dhillon, Principal Dev Samaj College of Education, sector 36-B, Chandigarh. The resource person of the day was Dr. Rohit Bhandari, assistant professor, Dev Samaj College of Education. NSS Units of Dev Samaj college of Education conducted this talk serving the theme ‘India: The Mother of Democracy’. The NSS Programme Officers Dr. Madhavi Goyal and Ms. Karuna Singh warmly welcomed the resource person for the session. The key speaker highlighted the importance of 26th November in the history of India and familiarized listeners with various facts related to the constitution of India as well as its amendments. The addresser posed various questions to which attendees answered enthusiastically. While interacting, the guest of honor addressed questions raised by students as well. Programme Officers and student organizers Ms. Pushpita and Ms. Kanika Virmani showed utmost gratitude to Dr. Rohit Bhandari for meticulously and diligently conducting the talk. Dr. (Mrs.) Agnese Dhillon, Principal Dev Samaj College of Education, motivated the students to voluntarily participate and also congratulated the NSS Programme Officers for their successful efforts.
