NSS units and Science Club of Dev Samaj College of Education organized an event on the ‘World Science Day for Peace and Development’. The function began with the floral welcome of the Chief Guest and judges for the day, Dr. Manju Gera, Professor, USOL, Panjab University and Dr. Kanwalpreet Kaur, Former Chairperson and Assistant Professor at Panjab University. The main objective of this event was to celebrate the innovations and developments that Science made. The event started with the college prayer and followed
by the Debate Competition on the theme ‘Science and Development. Around 10 students participated and presented their thoughts on the theme. Students displayed their artistic posters and slogans for the judgment. In the end, the vote of thanks was given by Science Club Incharge, Dr. Anuradha Agnihotri.
